As per the recommendation given by the Agril. Uni. if mustard crop is sown in-between 15th to 25th October, the infestation of aphids is very less. By doing so; we can avoid the spraying of insecticides for the control of this pest. And at same time, we can also save our environment. Hence, mustard growers are advice to raise their crop during second fortnight of October instead of early sowing.
