During the next 24 hours, West Madhya Pradesh including Rajgarh, Guna, Vidisha, Bhopal and Ujjain may see heavy rains. Light to moderate rains will occur over East Madhya Pradesh including Rewa, Satna, Jabalpur. Light rains may occur at some places in Southeast Rajasthan and parts of Gujarat. Looking at the weather of eastern India, the monsoon will prevail over eastern and central parts of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday as well. Most of the heavy rains are expected here including Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Faizabad, Sultanpur, Gonda, Basti, Lucknow and Kanpur. Light to moderate rains may occur over Jharkhand and Assam and Arunachal Pradesh including Ranchi, and Jamshedpur. In Bihar and West Bengal, the monsoon will be weak and light rain will occur. In South India, the offshore trough is once again in effect on the western coasts. Due to this, rain may increase on the western coasts. Now rain will be limited in some places in Uttarakhand. But the national capital Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Meerut, Chandigarh, Ambala, Ludhiana, Shimla, Jammu, Leh and Srinagar including Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan will remain dry.
