In Gram crop, for healthy emergence of seeds and for protection of seedlings from fungal diseases, at the time of planting, first treated the seeds with Mancozeb or Carbendazim + Mancozeb @ 2-2.5 gm per 1 kg of seeds. Follow this by treating the same seeds with Rhizobium 250 gm per 10 kg of seeds.
