Spider Life Cycle
Economic Significance: Spider caused damage to various vegetables, fruit, and grains as well as oilseed crops. Some species of spider also act as pathogens and spread viral diseases._x000D_ _x000D_ Life Cycle:_x000D_ _x000D_ Egg: The female lays about 35–70 eggs on the surface of the leaves under the adult webs. The duration of the egg is about 3-4 days._x000D_ _x000D_ Nymph: This is divided into two stages. The first is in the form of a "Protonomph" and the second as a "Deutmanif". Nymph are dirty white or reddish-yellow. The infant stage lasts for 3 weeks._x000D_ _x000D_ Adult: Adult is mostly red in colour. They last 12–33 days and cause damage to crops.
