Raisin preparation:
Sweetness of the grape is examined and bunches are left on the tree for drying.
Dried grape bunches are harvested using a machine and then they are transported to the processing centre.
There these bunches are filled in trays for the dehydration process.
Then these trays are dispensed into a riddle machine for stick removal.
Then raisins are washed, dried and sent for quality check and finally these are packed in the boxes to dispatch for the market.
