Pune: The monsoon till now has not been consistent in most parts of the state. In Konkan region, the rainfall has been heavy resulting in flooded rivers. Rainfall in central Maharashtra has been erratic and the situation will continue till the 18th of July. Meanwhile, there are signs of a low-pressure area forming in Bay of Bengal.
