Mealy bugs harbuor in the soil around the tree. They ascend on trees on having appropriate environment and infest developing fruits. Wrap the plastic bend around the tree trunk above 1 to 1.5 feet above the ground level and apply the grease. Cover the both ends of the bend with cow dung.
