Preparation of raisins
If you want to make a good quality raisins, When preparing the raisins, Uniformly shaped, colored bunches should be cut from the garden. Before removing the bunch, make sure the sugar has a sweetness in the bead, as it can be a good quality raisins. Washed Grapes as early as possible with clean water. Then the grapes are submerged in Potassium Carbonate @ 25 g + Ethyl Oleate @ 15 ml (dipping oil) for two to four minutes. The PH of this solution should be up to 11. Then the grapes removed from the solution are dried on a mesh in the shade. Depending on the ambient temperature, a good quality raisins can be produced in 3 to 7 days.
