Heavy rains are now pouring down in the state. South Gujarat's Umarpada has received 6 inches of rainfall in 4 hours. On Tuesday, unmanageable rains hit most parts of the state. In Vadodara, 4 inches of rain fell. In Valsad, there were 3 inches of rain in Bardoli, 3 in Mandvi, 3 in Dharampur-Ahava, Waghai, Khergam and Sonargarh. An hour in Junagadh: 1 in Gir Somnath's Sutrapada, 6 in Viswadar. More than 4% of the rainfall has already been received in the six districts of the state and still heavy rains are forecast by the weather department in the coming days. Heavy rains are being observed in these districts with more than 5% rainfall. Moderate to heavy rains have been forecast in the region in central and southern Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Nadiad, in two hours. Saurashtra-Kutch will also receive heavy rainfall.
