On reducing moisture content in soil, the infestation of thrips increases in cotton
The infestation of thrips showed increasing trend on increasing the number of days between two irrigation. If infestation of thrips is observed, spray clothianidin 50 WG @ 1 to 2.5 g or dinatofuran 20 SG @ 3 g or thiacloprid 21.7 SC @ 5-10 ml per 10 lit of water.
