Nursery Management in Cabbage
Before transplanting the cabbage seedlings, proper care must be taken in the nursery itself.
Regular watering and intercultural operations should be done which will help for the good growth of cabbage. Application of recommended fertilizers should be done whenever fertilizer dosage is required.
Fertilizer and pesticide application should begin at the early stage of cabbage to control pests like Diamond Back Moth, Head borer and Aphids.
Cabbage usually takes 3 months to harvest from the field.
Cabbage can be harvested manually or by machine depending on the quality of requirement.
