Small larvae remain in the crowded form and scrape the leaves' chlorophyll content. At advanced phases, they become voracious feeders and defoliate the leaves. They also go inside the cabbage ball and feed inside. A lot of excreta is seen on the crops. Spray Chlorfluazuron 5.4 EC @ 10 ml or Cyantraniliprole 10 OD @ 3 ml per 10 litres of water.
