Know the damage caused by stink bug in cotton
Stink bugs puncture squares and bolls and cause young cotton bolls to drop; however, principal damage is to older bolls. On older bolls lint may be stained, and seeds shrunken by stink bug feeding. Injured bolls may fail to open. The bacteria & fungus can enter in to the bolls through the holes made by the stick bug and rotting take place. Check this kind damage in your cotton crop.
