Have you ever seen the chilli leaves turn into boat-shaped? This is the reason for this.
Thrips lacerate the epidermal layer of leaves and suck the oozing material. Due to the laceration, the leaves curl like that of a boat-shaped. Plants appear to have been infected with viral disease. Apply Spinetoram 11.7 SC @10 ml or Spinosad 45 SC @3 ml or Cyantraniliprole 10 OD @3 ml per 10 litres of water on a timely basis.
