License Qualifications: • The 10th pass will be sufficient for the license of Seed Bank. • The farmer should have at least 1 acre of land on his own, share or lease. Registration and certification will have to be done for the level and standards of seeds from the state level. Apart from this subsidy will also be given on storage facilities, training facilities and available resources. The special thing is that the state government will be responsible for making the market available to the farmers who get the license of the seed bank. The value of seed will be decided: The best thing is that the value of the seed will be decided beforehand. For this, the State Seeds Corporation will determine the purchase price on the basis of processing seeds by adding 20 percent amount on MSP of minimum support price of the crop.
