A cyclonic circulation persists over Meghalaya and adjoining areas. Another cyclonic circulation is over western Rajasthan. At the same time, another cyclonic circulation can be seen over Jammu and Kashmir and adjoining areas. A cyclonic circulation is seen over Southeast Rajasthan.  During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rains is expected over parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, South Chhattisgarh, South Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Scattered light rains are expected over Assam, Meghalaya, Jammu and Kashmir. There is a possibility of snowfall in many places in the upper parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
