These are called rosette flowers. If you see this type of flower, it is a sign of pink bollworm infestation in the cotton crop. If you observe these flowers, collect and destroy them. To control this larva, spray Indoxacarb 15.8 EC @ 5 ml or Profenofos + Cypermethrin @ 20 ml or Chlorantraniliprole 9.6% + Lambda Cyhalothrin 4.6% ZC @ 5 ml per 10 liters of water.
