After the first rain showers, when the rain has stopped, the condition of high temperature and humidity increases the chances of root rot and wilting of plants in cotton field. To prevent this problem, drenching of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WP @35-40gm or Mancozeb 50% + Carbendazim 25% WS @30-35 gm through the pump nozzle or apply both the chemicals @500 gram/acre through drip irrigation which will be beneficial.
