Thrips population grows during no rains throughout the monsoon or at the highest interval between two irrigation periods. Thrips lacerate the surface of the leaf and suck the sap, turning the infested leaves coarse and dense and turning up the corners. Spray Spinetoram 11.7 SC @ 5 ml or Acephate 50%+ Imidacloprid 1.8 SC @ 10 ml per 10 lit water to control this.
