There is a cyclonic circulation over Haryana. Another cyclonic system is moving from Bihar to Gangetic West Bengal. Light to moderate rains are likely over South Chhattisgarh and parts of Odisha. Bihar and Jharkhand are likely to receive light rain. Whereas, light to moderate rains can be seen over West Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Konkan and parts of Goa and Marathwada. Source - Skymet, 09-10-2019
