Chance of light to moderate rain during the next 24 hours
During the next 24 hours, heavy to moderate rain is likely over parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh, interior Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with light to moderate rains.
Light to moderate rains can also be seen at isolated places over Kerala, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Coastal Karnataka, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman-Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep Group, Madhya Maharashtra and Odisha.
During that time, light rain is expected at one or two places over Gangetic West Bengal, remaining northeastern India, Konkan and Goa.
Whereas, a slight drop in minimum temperatures can be seen over the northwestern plains and adjoining parts of central India.
