Cassava cultivation and harvesting:
• Cassava crop is raised from stem cuttings. These Cuttings are soaked in chemical solution and then planted at spacing of 1 meter. • When the plants are 1 month old, Intercultural operations(weeding and fertilizer application) are carried out by machine. • Maintain 25% moisture content in field to double the number of tubers. • After 8 months of planting stem comes to harvesting and 12 months after planting roots comes to harvesting.
