Care to be taken when giving sugarcane fertilizers
Currently, the way we use chemical fertilizers, nitrogen is available from 20 to 30 percent, phosphorus 15 to 25 percent and potash 50 to 55 percent of the crop. Considering this, the use of chemical fertilizers should be balanced.
• Mix urea with neem cake while giving fertilizer.
• The maximum use of urea in light soil should be divided.
• Fertilizers should be provided in the soil while roasting. Fertilizers should not be given immediately after the soil is dry or after water is provided.
• One liter of acetobacter mixed with 100 liters of water should be immersed in it for 10 minutes or after 60 days after spray on the sugarcane leaves, the recommended amount of nitrogen will save 50 percent.
• If the water stresses, then increase the quantity of Murate of potash to 50 kg per acre.
• As per the recommendation, the availability of phosphorus and micro nutrients increases with the use of 24 kg of sulfur.
• Due to the risk of carrying water, it is low in the yield. These fertilizers should also be given rangoli type.
