These predatory thrips are feeding on mites infesting to various crops. These predatory thrips have three black dots on both the wings, which we cannot see with our naked eyes. Such stains are clearly visible under the good microscope. These predatory thrips provide an example of a good predator by feeding an average of 10 eggs of mites in its larval stage and maximum 60 eggs of mites at its adult stage.
