See this insect, they are not harmful:
These are known as Chrysoperla and its larvae feeds on soft bodied insect pests like aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips etc. as well as eggs laid by moths and butterflies. They also feed on early stage larvae emerged out from the eggs. Hence, these insects are not harmful but friendly insects. If population of these kind insects is notable, avoid or delay the insecticidal spray. Conserve them.
