Mushroom varieties prepared with longevity
Scientists of Chandrashekhar Azad Agriculture and Technology University in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have prepared a new variety of mushroom. This species is sustainable in the long run. These mushrooms are not immune to the diseases. In the case of child malnutrition and viral fever, this mushroom is effective in preventing it. This species of mushroom has been researched for four consecutive years and is completely organic and safe.
Experts have enhanced its nutritional and medicinal properties with the help of two special types of hormones released from plants in the advanced species of mushroom. Mushroom has been cultivated by exposing wheat straw and sugarcane to different types of temperature and humidity. It takes only 25 days to get this species ready.
With the help of two hormones indole acetic acid and giberelin, scientists have been able to increase vitamins, antioxidants, various enzymes and various types of disease-resistant efficiencies in the new species of mushroom. This element is effective in preventing viral infections and enhance immunity.
