Heavy rains will occur over the next three days in these areas of the state
Gujarat has begun its second inning of rain. Heavy rains are forecasted in Kutch, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha and Aravalli in Gujarat over the next three days. This is predicted because of cyclonic circulation is activated on Kutch. On the other hand, Saurashtra, Diu and Daman are also forecasted to receive moderate rainfall. So far, Gujarat has recorded 94.89% rainfall of the season. The reservoirs currently having 5,000 cusecs and above water reservoirs in the state include 4,46,725 in Sardar Sarovar, 84,522 in Kadana, 70,763 in Ukai, 69,357 in Wanakbori, 6,148 cusecs in Panam.
