Australia, India together launched a new Veterinary Health Protocol
New Delhi - Australia and India recently finalized a new veterinary health protocol for the export of Australian Breeder Sheep in India. The Australian High Commission through a media release made the announcement. On this occasion, Haridar Sidhu, India's high commissioner, hosted a program, where he exchanged protocols with the Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Tarun Sridhar. During the program, Sidhu said, "Agriculture, including animal husbandry, is important for both Indian and Australian economies. While there are many differences in our agricultural areas, I believe there are many similarities, which makes it the cornerstone of a bilateral partnership.
