These are the grubs of Chrysoperla, a predatory insect feeding on sucking insect pests like aphids, jassids, whitefly, thrips etc. and also eggs laid by the pink bollworm female moths and become a beneficial insect. Avoid spraying or wait a bit if the presence of such insects is satisfactory.
