Rainfall is likely to increase in western Maharashtra and may continue for 2 more days
Due to the high pressure in Maharashtra on August 2, 102 in Mumbai, Thane and Palghar areas and 1004 hectopascal in the central part of the state will reduce the rainfall. In Thane and Raigad districts of Konkan, rainfall is expected to increase by 45 mm, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg district 75 mm, Nashik 35 mm and Nandurbar 15 mm. Marathwada is likely to receive minor to moderate rainfall. Vidarbha, Gadchiroli and the rest of the district may receive 30 mm of rains some days, while the rest of the district may receive light rains. In Kolhapur district of western Maharashtra, the chances of torrential rains are for 1-2 days, and it might continue even after that. Sangli, Satara and Pune districts, are likely to receive 50 to 65 mm of rain in a few days. Solapur and Nagar districts are expected to receive 9 to 15 mm of rainfall. From August 11, the rainfall will decrease.
1. The collected water must be removed from the farm. Because if the water is kept in the field for a long time, the roots will rot, the crops will turn yellow and dry. The bottom of the dam should be drained from one end of the slope of the farm.
2. As soon as the farmer returns to agriculture after Gokulashtami, the land should be pre-augmented and rabi sorghum should be sown.
3. If there is water in the ginger and potato crop, drain it.
4. Adasali sugarcane should be planted. Flowers 265 or 8632 Breed should be selected.
